Ricardo Luchsinger

Ricardo kicked off his career after completing a three-year apprenticeship as a commercial clerk, joining a major Swiss ERP software company as a first-level application support specialist. His passion for technology led him to advanced studies in Business Process Development and roles in ERP implementation, professional services, and sales of cash management solutions. After a sabbatical year, he returned to ICT as a Client Engagement Manager at Amazee Labs, and following the merger, now serves as AI Business Development Manager at amazee.io, combining technology, innovation, and client engagement.

He is particularly proud of his adaptability and his ability to understand client challenges, crafting solutions that deliver real value. His best workdays are those where clients are genuinely excited about a new solution, fueling his motivation to go above and beyond. Ricardo is excited to be part of the evolving IT landscape where AI is transforming how we work and live. 

To recharge and clear his mind, Ricardo unwinds in the mountains, whether trekking or riding his gravel bike.
