Ioana Pirvu

Ioana started her career as a Project Manager at a translation agency, a role she landed somewhat by chance, thanks to her proficiency in the German language. From the beginning, she loved the diversity of tasks and working closely with clients. Her career path has been varied, with some breaks along the way, but she is always drawn back to project management because of the variety and client-focused nature of the work it offers.

She is particularly proud of her ability to stay calm in a crisis and navigate challenges with composure. A good workday for Ioana is one where she can tick off all the tasks on her to-do list and see progress across her projects.

Outside of work, she enjoys going for walks or bike rides to unwind and recharge.
