Gesche Wirch

Gesche began her career as an apprentice application developer, writing code and learning how systems work behind the scenes. Over time, she discovered that what she enjoyed most wasn’t just building technology, but connecting people, ideas, and solutions. That interest gradually moved her from development into product and project management, then into the role of CEO at Amazee Labs, and now to Head of Customer at amazee.io.

Gesche takes pride in her ability to bridge the gap between tech and business, bringing teams together, guiding conversations, and helping customers feel truly understood. Her best workdays are the ones where collaboration clicks and a team or client reaches that shared “yes, that’s it” moment.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, whether hiking, exercising, or sharing good food and laughter with friends; a perfect way to recharge and stay inspired.
