Christophe Jossart

Software Engineer

Christophe began his working career as a Graphic Designer in Brussels, later moving into web design and development as his interest in interactivity grew. Over time, he explored roles in DevOps, project management, and infrastructure, but ultimately returned to his passion for coding and contributing to open source projects. Since relocating to Lausanne in 2023, he has focused on full-stack development and AI, while maintaining a broad, holistic view across the entire stack.

He excels in performance optimization, caching, CDN integrations, and building fast, intuitive search experiences with tools like Typesense and RAG. His background includes multilingual systems, decoupled architectures, authentication, security, and complex migrations. Pragmatic yet creative, he values simple solutions and brings an inventive mindset shaped by years of skateboarding, where overcoming failures becomes a form of progress.

Christophe is happiest when working with clients as true teammates, sharing knowledge, and improving systems through steady refinement.

To relax, Christophe enjoys time outdoors with his dogs, reading comic books, skateboarding, and exploring the nearby mountains.
