Barbara Buckley

Barbara began working at 14 in a small café and has since built a career that spans hospitality, finance, freelance work, marketing, project management, and operations. Her varied experience has become one of her key strengths: hospitality sharpened her ability to think quickly and solve problems, while financial training grounded her in analysis and structured decision-making.

Curiosity and versatility define her approach to work. She’s always looking for the “why” behind processes and enjoys simplifying systems that create unnecessary manual effort. She also thrives on improving communication across teams and seeing how small adjustments can lead to meaningful operational gains.

Outside of work, she unwinds by spending time outdoors with her family, walking her dog, hiking, swimming, and exploring new places, especially anything involving animals.
